There’s no better place to build a personal brand than LinkedIn.
But in order to do so, you must keep one thing in mind:
Always come from a place of value.
Become a trusted resource.
Connect with your audience by speaking to them and not at them.
That’s how you build a personal brand.
That’s how you elevate your company.
Not by posting pitchy, promotional content over and over again.

I see this all the time with the sales teams I train.
They are posting content, yet it results in little to no views.
If you don’t come from a place of value, it’s not going to resonate with your audience. Period.
But if you do share thoughtful content, your audience will engage.
You’ll build their trust. They’ll see you as an authority in the industry.
Value > Everything Else.
